PERMANENT RESIDENCY CRITERIA

  • Applicants must invest a minimum of €300,000.
  • The main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
  • The main applicant must prove they have a minimum annual overseas income of at least €50,000 as of 2nd May 2023.
  • If an applicant wishes to include their spouse, their annual income must also include an additional €15,000.
  • If an applicant wishes to include their underage children, their annual income must also include an additional €10,000.
  • If an applicant wishes to include their adult children (between the ages of 18 and 25, economically dependent on the investor and who are enrolled as students in a higher-educational institution), their annual income must also include an additional €10,000.

    Applicants must complete their investment in Cyprus before submitting their Permanent Residence application.

  • APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CYPRUS

    Applications must be submitted to the Civil Registry and Migration Department. Letters of approval are received in approximately 2 months.

  • VISIT CYPRUS

    Applicants must visit the island to have their biometric data captured and proceed with their application.
