Cyprus Permanent Residency Program

Cyprus, the European Union’s south-easternmost member offers one of Europe’s fastest Permanent Residence Programs, with an application process period of 2 months.

A straightforward €300,000 investment makes applicants eligible for the program, with two options available: investing in residential Real Estate for the first time (excluding re-sales and limited to 2 units, tailored to family size), or purchasing used commercial property (with a requirement to acquire or rent a residential property as an indicator of residence).

Holders of a Cypriot Permanent Residence card can renew it 5 years after it is issued so long as they maintain ownership of their qualifying investment.
