CITIZENSHIP CRITERIA

  • Interested parties can take one of the following investment routes:
    • Invest a minimum of $100,000 (USD) in a government fund.
    • Purchase real estate from an approved project worth a minimum of $200,000 (USD).
PROCEDURE
  • OATH OF ALLEGIANCE

    The applicant and any additionally included family members must take an oath of allegiance to the Commonwealth of Dominica in the presence of a Commissioner of Oaths, Justice of Peace or an authorised Notary before their application can be processed.

  • APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING

    Once the applicant has completed all necessary documents and submitted their application, a specialised branch of the Ministry of Finance will review it. Successful applicants must pay the necessary amount owed to the Dominican government.

  • PASSPORT ISSUED

    Successful applicants will receive their passport after 3 months from the date of submission (if their application contains no areas of concern).
